The Local Government Unit Of Buenavista, Marinduque Through Supplemental Of 20% Continuing Appropriation Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Hundred Sixty-four Thousand Sixty-four Pesos And Fifty-eight Centavos (₱ 164,064.58) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payment Under The Contract For Supply Of Materials For The Construction Of Reading Center. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit Of Buenavista, Marinduque Now Invites Bids For The Supply Of Materials For The Improvement/upgrading Of Multi-purpose Building – Brgy. Libas, Buenavista, Marinduque. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Upon Receipt Of Purchase Order. Bidders Should Have Completed Within One (10) Days From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instruction To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
