Barangay Del Pilar, Through The 5% Bdrrm Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos Only (php350,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Purchase Of Solar Street Lights. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. Barangay Del Pilar Through Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac), Invites Contractors To Apply For Eligibility And To Bid For The Supply And Delivery Of Purchase Of Solar Street Lights. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3.
