No. 238-5251 Bids And Awards Committee Office Invitation To Bid For The Procurement Of Floor Mounted Air Conditioner 1. The Blgu-centrala, Through The General Fund, 2022 (supplemental) Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Hundred Thousand Peson (php 100,000.00), As An Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Procurement Of Floor Mounted Air Conditioner. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Blgu-centrala Now Invites Bidders To Bid For The Procurement Of Floor Mounted Air Conditioner. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required On December 21, 2022. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 7 Calendar Days Or From November 17-24, 2022 Or From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
