Bid Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Barangay Catmon Of Saint Bernard, Southern Leyte Now Invites Bids For The Supply And Installation Of Solar Lights, Brgy Catmon, Saint Bernard, Southern Leyte. Completion Of Work Is Required Twenty (20) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Instruction To Bidders. 3.
