The Barangay Local Government Unit Of Banganan, Aritao, Nueva Vizcaya, Through Its 2024 Barangay General Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of Ninety Thousand Pesos (p 90,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Said Project. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Barangay Local Government Unit Of Banganan, Aritao, Nueva Vizcaya Now Invites Bids For The Furnishing And Delivery Of Goods For The Above Project. Delivery Of Goods Is Required Within Thirty Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project Within Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
