The Sangguniang Barangay Of Belen, Leyte, Leyte, Intends To Apply The Sum Above-stated Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc), To Payment Under The Contract For The Above-mentioned Contract. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At The Bid Opening. 2. The Sangguniang Barangay Of Belen, Leyte, Leyte, Now Invites Bids For The Abovementioned Description Of Works. Completion Of The Works Is Required For The Above Stated Contract Duration. Bidders Should Have Completed At Least One (1) Contract That Is Similar To This Project(s), Equivalent To At Least Fifty Percent (50%) Of The Abc. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii – Instructions To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary Pass/fail Criterion In The Eligibility Check And Preliminary Examination Of Bids As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act 9184 (ra 9184), Other Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”. 4.
