Description Rebdding Of Procurement Of One Unit Of Motor Vehicle 1. The Bangsamoro Human Rights Commission (bhrc), Through The Fy2024 General Appropriations Act Of The Bangsamoro, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million Four Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱2,400,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Procurement Of One Motor Vehicle (bhrc 2024-01). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc, Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Bhrc Now Invites Bids For The Procurement Of One (1) Unit Of Motor Vehicle. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Thirty (30) Days After Receipt Of Notice To Proceed By The Supplier. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3.bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
