The Supplier Should Be An Authorized Reseller, Proposals From Unauthorized Reseller Won’t Be Accepted, The Supplier Should Provide A Certificate Of (authorized Reseller ), The Supplied Devices Are To Be Covered By 5 Years Warranty From The Original Manufacturer (back -to -back Warranty , All Devices To Be Purchased Through The Authorized Sales Channel ). During The Period Of The Warranty , The Vendor Is Responsible For Picking Up The Reported Items (if Any) From The Polytechnic And Then To Bring Them Back After Fixing , During The Period Of The Warranty , The Reported Item Needs To Be Fixed Or Replaced Within A Maximum Of 3 Working Days (sla), If Not Then Vender Is Responsible On Providing A Free Of Charge Replacement
