The required prior work experience for the bidder is to have completed works of a similar nature during the last seven years. The bidder should have experience in similar class of work, with a minimum eligibility criteria. The required experience includes: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the project - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of the project - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the project. The cost of work shall mean gross value of the completed work including cost of material supplied by the Government/client but excluding those supplied free of cost. "Similar Work" shall mean Construction of Residential/ Non-Residential/ Institutional building Project(s) comprising Construction of a RCC framed structure having minimum one Story or Completing balance Construction work of one building (including structural work) minimum up to one Story. The details of these works are to be provided in FORM "C". The performance report for these works should also be submitted in FORM "D", assessing quality of work, financial soundness, technical proficiency, resourcefulness, and general behavior. The evaluation criteria for experience in similar class of work is 20 marks, with 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria, 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more, and pro-rata basis for in between.
