The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the project - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of the project - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the project. The estimated cost put to tender for the proposed work is Rs. 2,99,29,909.00/-. The bidder should have completed similar works with a value that meets the minimum eligibility criteria. The evaluation criteria for experience in similar class of work suggests that the bidder should have completed at least 60% of the minimum eligibility criteria to qualify for the bid, with 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more, and pro-rata basis for in between. The bidder is also required to provide details of works with estimated cost put to tender more than Rs. 5 Lakh. Additionally, the bidder's experience and performance will be evaluated based on the average value of performance of works for time overrun and quality, with the average annual turnover and solvency of the bidder also being considered. The bidding capacity of the contractor should be equal to or more than Rs. 2,99,29,909.00/-, calculated based on the maximum turnover in construction works executed in any one year during the last three years. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed works under Central Govt./ State Govt. organization/ Central Public Sector Undertaking within the country during the last 7 years. "Similar Work" shall mean Construction of Residential/ Non-Residential/ Institutional building Project(s) comprising Construction of a RCC framed structure having minimum one Storey or Completing balance Construction work of one building (i/c structural work) minimum up to one story (machine room and mumty shall not be counted as a story) including finishing works, water supply, drainage & sanitary installations, electrical works etc. all composite executed under one project.
