The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the project - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of the project - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the project. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed works under Central Govt./ State Govt. organization/ Central Public Sector Undertaking within the country during the last 7 years. Additionally, the bidder should have a minimum average annual turnover, and solvency of at least 40% of the estimated cost put to tender. The bidding capacity of the contractor should be equal to or more than Rs. 2,82,62,774.00. The experience is evaluated based on the list of all works of similar nature successfully completed during the last Seven years, with attributes such as Quality of Work, Financial Soundness, Technical Proficiency, Resourcefulness, and General Behaviour. A minimum of 60% marks is required for minimum eligibility criteria, and 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more.
