The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years. The experience criteria are as follows: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the project, - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of the project, - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the project. A similar work is defined as construction of residential/non-residential/institutional building projects with specific features. The bidder should furnish the list of eligible similar nature of works successfully completed during the last seven years. The evaluation criteria for the bidder's experience include 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria, 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more, and pro-rata basis for in-between cases. Additionally, the performance of works is evaluated based on quality assessment with marks assigned as follows: Outstanding (40 Marks), Very Good (30 Marks), Good (20 Marks), and Poor (0 Marks).
