The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the project - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of the project - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the project. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed works under Central Govt./ State Govt. organization/ Central Public Sector Undertaking within the country during the last 7 years. The value of the works is to be mentioned in Rs. in Crores. No specific amount of similar works completed is mentioned, but the bidder is required to provide details of works completed during the last seven years. The evaluation criteria for experience in similar class of work is 20 marks, with 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria, 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more, and marks will be awarded on a pro-rata basis for experience between the minimum eligibility criteria and twice the minimum eligibility criteria. The bidder should furnish a list of eligible similar nature of works successfully completed during the last seven years in Form "C", which includes details such as name of work, project location, owner/department, cost of work, date of start and completion, and work done.
