The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having satisfactorily completed works under Central Govt./ State Govt. organization/ Central Public Sector Undertaking within the country during the last 7 years. The experience should be in similar class of work, which is defined as Construction of Residential/ Non-Residential/ Institutional building Project(s) comprising Construction of a RCC framed structure having minimum one Storey or Completing balance Construction work of one building (including structural work) minimum up to one Storey. The required prior work experience includes: * Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the project * Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of the project * One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the project No specific aggregate value or percentage of similar works completed is mentioned, but the bidder needs to provide the cost of each work completed. The evaluation will be based on the performance report and the list of similar works completed, with a maximum of 20 Marks for experience and 20 Marks for time overrun and 40 Marks for quality. To become eligible for shortlisting, the bidder must secure at least 50 percent marks in each section and 60 percent marks in aggregate, out of a total of 100 Marks. The average value of performance of works for time overrun and quality shall be taken on the basis of the performance report of the eligible similar works.
