The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in similar class of work, with 20 marks allocated for this attribute. The evaluation criteria for experience in similar class of work are as follows: 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria, 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more, and pro-rata basis for in between. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar works under Central Govt./ State Govt. organization/ Central Public Sector Undertaking within the country during the last 7 years. The bidder should furnish a list of all works of similar nature successfully completed during the last Seven years. Performance reports corresponding to the work mentioned should also be furnished. "Similar Work" shall mean Construction of Residential/ Non-Residential/ Institutional building Project(s) comprising Construction of a RCC framed structure having minimum One Storey or Completing balance Construction work of one building (i/c structural work) minimum up to one storey. The bidder should have experience of similar government projects. The calculation for points is based on the time overrun (TOR) ratio, with scores ranging from 0 to 20, depending on the TOR value.
