The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having satisfactorily completed works under Central Govt./ State Govt. organization/ Central Public Sector Undertaking within the country during the last 7 years. The experience should be in similar works, which is defined as Construction of Residential/ Non-Residential/ Institutional building Project(s) comprising Construction of a RCC framed structure having minimum one Storey or Completing balance Construction work of one building. The required prior work experience includes: * Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the project * Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of the project * One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the project The evaluation criteria for technical qualification include experience in eligible similar nature of work during the last seven years, with a maximum of 20 marks. The marks are allocated as follows: * 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria * 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more * In between - on pro-rata basis The bidder should furnish the List of eligible similar nature of works successfully completed during the last Seven years. Additionally, the bidder's average annual turnover and solvency will be considered, with a minimum solvency of 40% of the estimated cost put to tender required. The bidding capacity of the contractor should be equal to or more than Rs 2,74,10,431.00.
