The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completing similar works during the last 7 years. The specific requirements are: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the project - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of the project - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the project The bidder should have satisfactorily completed works under Central Govt./ State Govt. organization/ Central Public Sector Undertaking within the country. The details of eligible similar nature of works completed should be provided, including the name of the work/project and location, owner or sponsoring organization, cost of work in Rs. in Crores, date of commencement, stipulated date of completion, and actual date of completion. The performance report of the eligible similar works should also be submitted, evaluating quality of work, financial soundness, technical proficiency, resourcefulness, and general behavior.
