The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the project - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of the project - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the project. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed works under Central Govt./ State Govt. organization/ Central Public Sector Undertaking within the country during the last 7 years. "Similar Work" shall mean Construction of Residential/ Non-Residential/ Institutional building Project(s) comprising Construction of a RCC framed structure having minimum one Storey or Completing balance Construction work of one building (including structural work) minimum up to one story (machine room and mumty shall not be counted as a story) including finishing works, water supply, drainage & sanitary installations, electrical works etc. all composite executed under one project. The evaluation criteria for experience in similar class of work is as follows: 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria, 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more, in between (i) & (ii)- on pro-rata basis. No specific amount or percentage of similar works completed is mentioned, except for the percentages of the estimated cost of the project mentioned above (40%, 50%, 80%).
