The required prior work experience for the bidder is experience in similar works, specifically in the field of Civil Engineering Construction, during the last 7 years. The experience criteria include successfully completing similar works, such as Construction of Residential/ Non-Residential/ Institutional building Project(s) comprising Construction of a RCC framed structure having minimum one storey. The bidder should have completed at least one of the following: * Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the project. * Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of the project. * One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the project. The evaluation of the bidder's experience in similar class of work is assigned a maximum of 20 marks, with 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria, 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more, and pro-rata basis for in-between values. The bidder needs to provide details of eligible similar nature of works completed, including name of work, owner, cost, dates of commencement and completion, and other relevant information.
