The required prior work experience for the bidder is experience in similar class of work, with an evaluation of 20 marks. The evaluation criteria for experience are as follows: - 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria - 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more - In between (i) & (ii) - on pro-rata basis. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar works under Central Govt./ State Govt. organization/ Central Public Sector Undertaking within the country during the last 7 years. The required experience includes: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the project - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of the project - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the project. The cost of work shall mean gross value of the completed work including cost of material supplied by the Government/client but excluding those supplied free of cost. “Similar Work” shall mean Construction of Residential/ Non-Residential/ Institutional building Project(s) comprising Construction of a RCC framed structure having minimum One Storey or Completing balance Construction work of one building (i/c structural work) minimum up to one storey (machine room and mumty shall not be counted as a story) including finishing works, water supply, drainage & sanitary installations, electrical works etc. all composite executed under one project. The bidder is required to have completed similar nature of works during the last seven years ending the previous day of the last date of submission of tender. The details of these works are to be provided in Form "C". The bidder should furnish a list of all works of similar nature successfully completed during the last Seven years. The bidder should also submit performance reports for the similar works completed, with details of the work done and balance work. The bidder's average annual turnover and solvency are also considered, with a minimum solvency of 40% of the estimated cost put to tender or a net-worth certificate of minimum 10% of the estimated cost put to tender. The bidding capacity of the contractor should be equal to or more than Rs. 2,78,61,315.87/-. The bidder should have experience in works with estimated costs put to tender of more than Rs. 5 Lakh for cement and all works for bitumen, with permissible variations of 2% plus/minus for cement and 2.5% plus only for bitumen.
