The required prior work experience for the bidder is seven years, with an evaluation criteria of 20 marks for experience in similar class of work. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed works under Central Govt./ State Govt. organization/ Central Public Sector Undertaking within the country during the last 7 years. The required prior work experience includes: * Experience of having successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years, with the following options: * Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the project * Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of the project * One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the project The evaluation criteria for experience in similar class of work are as follows: - 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria - 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more - In between (i) & (ii)- on pro-rata basis. The bidder should submit a list of all works of similar nature successfully completed during the last Seven years, along with performance reports for the works mentioned. A "Similar Work" is defined as Construction of Residential/ Non-Residential/ Institutional building Project(s) comprising Construction of a RCC framed structure having minimum one Story or Completing balance Construction work of one building (including finishing works, water supply, drainage & sanitary installations, electrical works etc.) all composite executed under one project. The bidding capacity of the contractor should be equal to or more than Rs. 2,82,62,773/-, and the bidder should submit a Net-worth certificate of minimum 10% of the Estimated cost put to tender. The calculation of bidding capacity involves the maximum turnover in construction works executed in any one year during the last three years, taking into account completed as well as works in progress, with a simple rate of 7% per annum for cost escalation. The bidder should also provide information on existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed during the period of completion of the work for which bids have been invited. The bidder should furnish the List of eligible similar nature of works successfully completed during the last Seven years in (Form "C"). For evaluation of the performance of the contractor for pre-eligibility, the criteria include experience in a similar class of work, with 20 marks allocated to this attribute. The average value of performance of works for time overrun and quality shall be taken on the basis of performance report of the eligible similar works. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed works under the Central Government. The bidder should undertake that eligible similar work(s) have not been executed through another contractor on a back-to-back basis, through an affidavit (Form “I”).
