The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in similar class of work. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed works under Central Govt./ State Govt. organization/ Central Public Sector Undertaking within the country during the last 7 years ending last day of submission of tender. The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the project - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of the project - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the project. Given the estimated cost of the project is Rs. 2,20,43,991.00/-, the values for similar works are: - 40% of the estimated cost: Rs. 88,17,596.40/- - 50% of the estimated cost: Rs. 1,10,21,995.50/- - 80% of the estimated cost: Rs. 1,76,35,192.80/- The bidder needs to provide details of eligible similar nature of works completed, including the name of the work/project and location, owner or sponsoring organization, cost of work in Rs. in Crores, date of commencement and completion, and other relevant information. “Similar Work” shall mean Construction of Residential/ Non-Residential/ Institutional building Project(s) comprising Construction of a RCC framed structure having minimum One Storey or Completing balance Construction work of one building (i/c structural work) minimum up to one storey (machine room and mumty shall not be counted as a story) including finishing works, water supply, drainage & sanitary installations, electrical works etc. all composite executed under one project. The cost of work shall mean gross value of the completed work including cost of material supplied by the Government/client but excluding those supplied free of cost. The evaluation of experience is as follows: - 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria - 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more - In between (i) & (ii)- on pro-rata basis The bidder should furnish a list of all works of similar nature successfully completed during the last Seven years (in form “C”). Performance reports (corresponding to work mentioned in (Form-C) in Form-D) should also be provided. The marks are allocated as follows: 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria, 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more, and in between (i) & (ii) - on pro-rata basis. The bidder's average annual turnover and solvency are considered, with a solvency of minimum 40% of Estimated cost put to tender required. Alternatively, a Net-worth certificate of minimum 10% of Estimated cost put to tender can be submitted. The bidding capacity of contractor should be equal to or more than Rs. 2,20,43,991.00/-. The bidding capacity is calculated using the formula: Bidding Capacity = {[AxNx2]-B}, where A is the maximum turnover in construction works executed in any one year during the last three years, N is the number of years prescribed for completion of work, and B is the value of existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed during the period of completion of work.
