The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the project - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of the project - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the project. The estimated cost of the project is Rs. 2,12,79,036/-. Therefore, the values for similar works are: - 40% of the estimated cost: Rs. 85,11,614.4 - 50% of the estimated cost: Rs. 1,06,39,518 - 80% of the estimated cost: Rs. 1,70,23,228.8 The bidder should have satisfactorily completed works under Central Govt./ State Govt. organization/ Central Public Sector Undertaking within the country as mentioned during the last 7 years ending last day of submission of tender. “Similar Work” shall mean Construction of Residential/ Non-Residential/ Institutional building Project(s) comprising Construction of a RCC framed structure having minimum one Story or Completing balance Construction work of one building (i/c structural work) minimum up to one Story (machine room and mumty shall not be counted as a story) including finishing works, water supply, drainage & sanitary installations, electrical works etc. all composite executed under one project.
