The bidder is required to have prior work experience in similar works, specifically in the field of Civil Engineering Construction. The experience criteria are as follows: * The bidder should have experience of having successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years ending the previous day of the last date of submission of tenders. * The similar work experience can be in one of the following forms: * Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the project. * Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of the project. * One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the project. The "Similar Work" is defined as Construction of Residential/ Non-Residential/ Institutional building Project(s) comprising Construction of a RCC framed structure having a minimum of one storey or Completing balance Construction work of one building (including structural work) minimum up to one storey, including finishing works, water supply, drainage & sanitary installations, electrical works, etc., all composite executed under one project. The evaluation of experience in similar class of work is assigned 20 marks, with 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria and 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more, with pro-rata basis for in-between values. The bidder needs to provide details of eligible similar nature of works completed, including name of work, owner, cost, dates of commencement and completion, and other relevant information. The cost of work is mentioned in Form "C", where the bidder should provide details of the cost of work in Rs. in Crores.
