The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the project, - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of the project, - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the project. The estimated cost of the project is Rs. 2,33,21,887/-. Therefore, the values for similar works are: - 40% of the estimated cost: Rs. 93,28,755.48 - 50% of the estimated cost: Rs. 1,16,60,943.50 - 80% of the estimated cost: Rs. 1,86,49,510.00 These similar works should be Construction of Residential/ Non-Residential/ Institutional building Project(s) comprising Construction of a RCC framed structure having minimum one Story or Completing balance Construction work of one building (including structural work) minimum up to one Story, including finishing works, water supply, drainage & sanitary installations, electrical works, etc., all composite executed under one project. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed works under Central Govt./ State Govt. organization/ Central Public Sector Undertaking within the country as mentioned during the last 7 years ending the last day of submission of tender. The experience in eligible similar nature of work during the last seven years is given a maximum of 20 marks. The bidder needs to provide details of works completed, including the name of the work/project, location, owner/sponsoring organization, cost of work, dates of commencement and completion, and any pending litigation/arbitration cases.
