The required prior work experience for the bidder includes satisfactorily completing works under Central Govt./ State Govt. organization/ Central Public Sector Undertaking within the country during the last 7 years. The experience requirements are as follows: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the project - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of the project - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the project. A "Similar Work" is defined as Construction of Residential/ Non-Residential/ Institutional building Project(s) comprising Construction of a RCC framed structure having minimum one Storey or Completing balance Construction work of one building (i/c structural work) minimum up to one storey including finishing works, water supply, drainage & sanitary installations, electrical works etc. all composite executed under one project. The bidder should have completed similar works during the last seven years ending the previous day of the last date of submission of tender. The details of these works should be provided in Form "C". The evaluation criteria for experience in similar class of work is 20 marks, with 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria, 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more, and pro-rata basis for in between. Additionally, the bidder's bidding capacity should be equal to or more than Rs.2,90,15,813.00, and the bidder's solvency should be minimum 40% of the estimated cost, and the net-worth certificate should be minimum 10% of the estimated cost. The bidder should also submit performance reports for the similar works completed, with attributes such as quality of work, financial soundness, technical proficiency, resourcefulness, and general behavior, rated as Outstanding, Very Good, Good, or Poor. The value of existing commitments and ongoing works must be certified by a Chartered Accountant. The required prior work experience is evaluated with a maximum of 20 marks, carrying 20% of the total 100 marks.
