The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the project - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of the project - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the project. The "Similar Work" is defined as Construction of Residential/ Non-Residential/ Institutional building Project(s) comprising Construction of a RCC framed structure having minimum one storey or Completing balance Construction work of one building (i/c structural work) minimum up to two storey (machine room and mumty shall not be counted as a story) including finishing works, water supply, drainage & sanitary installations, electrical works etc. all composite executed under one project. No specific amount of similar works completed is mentioned, but the bidder needs to provide details of eligible similar nature of works completed during the last seven years. The evaluation criteria for experience in similar class of work is as follows: - 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria - 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more - In between (i) & (ii)- on pro-rata basis, with a maximum of 20 marks.
