The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in similar class of work, with 20 marks allocated for this criterion. The evaluation is based on the following: - 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria - 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more - Pro-rata basis for in between The bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar works under Central Govt./ State Govt. organization/ Central Public Sector Undertaking within the country during the last 7 years ending last day of submission of tender. The experience requirements are as follows: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the project (Rs. 1,08,79,597.60) - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of the project (Rs. 1,35,99,497.00) - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the project (Rs. 2,17,59,195.20) The estimated cost of the project is Rs. 2,71,98,994.00. The bidder should furnish a list of all works of similar nature successfully completed during the last Seven years, along with performance reports. A "Similar Work" is defined as Construction of Residential/ Non-Residential/ Institutional building Project(s) comprising Construction of a RCC framed structure having minimum one storey or Completing balance Construction work of one building (i/c structural work) minimum up to one storey. The cost of work includes the gross value of the completed work, including the cost of material supplied by the Government/client, but excludes those supplied free of cost. The bidder must submit details of eligible similar nature of works completed during the last seven years, including the name of the work/project and location, owner or sponsoring organization, cost of work, date of commencement and completion, and details of any litigation or arbitration cases pending. The bidder should also provide a performance report of the works, including details such as the quality of work, financial soundness, technical proficiency, resourcefulness, and general behavior. The performance report can be rated as Outstanding (40 Marks), Very Good (30 Marks), Good (20 Marks), or Poor (0 Marks). The bidder should have experience of similar government projects.
