The bidder is required to have prior work experience in the field of Civil Engineering Construction, specifically in the construction of residential/non-residential/institutional building projects. The experience criteria include: * Successfully completing similar works during the last 7 years * Completing at least one of the following: + Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the project + Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of the project + One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the project The bidder should furnish a list of all works of similar nature successfully completed during the last seven years, along with performance reports and other necessary documents. The performance of works will be assessed based on quality, with a maximum of 40 marks, and time over run (TOR) with a maximum of 20 marks. The evaluation criteria for technical qualification include: - 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria - 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more - In between, on a pro-rata basis The bidder should provide details of eligible similar nature of works, including name of work, cost, and dates of commencement and completion, in Form "C". The cost of work should be provided in Rs. in Crores. The required prior work experience includes experience in similar class of work, with the bidder having satisfactorily completed works under Central Govt.
