The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the project - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of the project - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the project. The value and percentage of similar works completed are mentioned as: - 40% of the estimated cost of the project for three similar works - 50% of the estimated cost of the project for two similar works - 80% of the estimated cost of the project for one similar work Additionally, the bidder should have a minimum turnover in construction works executed in any one year during the last three years. The bidding capacity of the contractor should be equal to or more than Rs. 2,59,48,967/-. The experience in similar class of work is given 20 marks, with 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria, 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more, and in between - on pro-rata basis.
