The required prior work experience for the bidder involves completing similar works under Central Govt./ State Govt. organization/ Central Public Sector Undertaking within the country during the last 7 years ending the last day of submission of tender. The experience requirements are as follows: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the project - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of the project - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the project. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed these similar works, which include Construction of Residential/ Non-Residential/ Institutional building Project(s) comprising Construction of a RCC framed structure having minimum one Storey or Completing balance Construction work of one building. The bidding capacity of the contractor should be equal to or more than Rs 2,90,15,980.00. The evaluation of the bidder's experience in similar class of work is based on the minimum eligibility criteria, with 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria, 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more, and pro-rata basis for in between. The bidder should furnish a list of all works of similar nature successfully completed during the last Seven years, and the performance report of these works will be assessed, with a maximum of 40 marks for quality and 20 marks for time overrun.
