The bidder is required to have prior work experience in similar works, specifically in the field of Civil Engineering Construction. The experience criteria are as follows: * The bidder should have successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years ending the previous day of the last date of submission of tenders. * The similar works should be in the field of Construction of Residential/ Non-Residential/ Institutional building Project(s) comprising Construction of a RCC framed structure having minimum one storey or Completing balance Construction work of one building. * The bidder should have completed at least one of the following: + Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the project + Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of the project + One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the project. The bidder's experience in similar class of work will be evaluated with a maximum of 20 marks, where: * 60% marks will be awarded for meeting the minimum eligibility criteria * 100% marks will be awarded for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more * Marks for values in between will be calculated on a pro-rata basis. Additionally, for specific works like pile work and aluminium/glass work, the contractor shall submit the names of specialized agencies of repute along with their technical capability proposed to be engaged by him, who have executed satisfactorily a minimum of three works of value not less than 40% of corresponding value each or two works of value not less than 60% each or one work of value not less than 80% of corresponding amount in the last five years. The bidder needs to submit details of eligible similar nature of works completed during the last seven years, including the name of the work/project and location, owner/sponsoring organization, cost of work, date of commencement and completion, and details of any pending litigation/arbitration cases. The minimum bidding capacity is Rs. 2,94,72,774.00, which is calculated based on the maximum turnover in construction works executed in any one year during the last three years.
