The required prior work experience for the bidder is experience in eligible similar nature of work during the last 7 years. The experience is evaluated based on a maximum score of 20 marks. For Technical Representatives, the required prior work experience is as follows: 1. Graduate Architect: 12 years 2. Graduate Engineer (Civil): 10 years 3. Graduate Engineer (MEP): 10 years 4. Graduate Engineer or Diploma Engineer (Civil): 5 years or 10 years respectively 5. Graduate Engineer or Diploma Engineer (MEP): 5 years or 10 years respectively Diploma holders with minimum 10-years relevant experience with a reputed construction company can be treated at par with Graduate Engineers for the purpose of deployment, subject to the condition that such diploma holders should not exceed 50% of the requirement of degree engineers. The bidder should have completed similar works during the last seven years ending on the previous day of the last date of submission of the tender. No specific value or percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the bidder needs to submit a certificate of financial turnover, which includes the gross annual turnover on construction works for the last five years, duly certified by a Chartered Accountant. The bidding capacity of the contractor should be equal to or more than Rs. 2,55,36,457.00, and it shall be calculated using the formula: Bidding Capacity = {[AxNx2]-B}, where A is the maximum turnover in construction works executed in any one year during the last three years, N is the number of years prescribed for completion of work, and B is the value of existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed during the period of completion of work. The bidder should also have a solvency of minimum 40% of Estimated cost put to tender, or a Net-worth certificate of minimum 10% of Estimated cost put to tender issued by a certified Chartered Accountant.
