The bidder should have experience in similar class of work. The experience requirements are as follows: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the project, - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of the project, - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the project. The evaluation of experience is as follows: - 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria - 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more - In between - on pro-rata basis The bidder should furnish a list of all works of similar nature successfully completed during the last Seven years. "Similar Work" shall mean Construction of Residential/ Non-Residential/ Institutional building Project(s) comprising Construction of a RCC framed structure having minimum One Storey or Completing balance Construction work of one building (i/c structural work) minimum up to one storey (machine room and mumty shall not be counted as a story) including finishing works, water supply, drainage & sanitary installations, electrical works etc. all composite executed under one project.
