The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the project - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of the project - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the project. The "Similar Work" is defined as Construction of Residential/ Non-Residential/ Institutional building Project(s) comprising Construction of a RCC framed structure having minimum one Story or Completing balance Construction work of one building (i/c structural work) minimum up to one story (machine room and mumty shall not be counted as a story) including finishing works, water supply, drainage & sanitary installations, electrical works etc. all composite executed under one project. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed works under Central Govt./ State Govt. organization/ Central Public Sector Undertaking within the country as mentioned above during the last 7 years. The evaluation criteria for experience in similar class of work are: - 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria - 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more - In between (i) & (ii)- on pro-rata basis The bidder needs to submit a list of all works of similar nature successfully completed during the last Seven years. Note that specific amount values for similar works completed are mentioned in terms of percentage of the estimated cost of the project, but no specific amount is provided.
