The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the project - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of the project - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the project The "similar work" refers to Construction of Residential/Non-Residential/Institutional building Project(s) comprising Construction of a RCC framed structure having minimum one storey, including finishing works, water supply, drainage & sanitary installations, electrical works, etc. The value of executed works shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work done at a simple rate of 7% per annum. The bidder should provide details of similar works completed, including the name of the work/project, location, owner/sponsoring organization, cost of work, dates of commencement and completion, and any pending litigation/arbitration cases in FORM "C". The percentages of similar works completed are: - 40% of the estimated cost of the project for three similar works - 50% of the estimated cost of the project for two similar works - 80% of the estimated cost of the project for one similar work No specific amount is mentioned.
