The bidder is required to have prior work experience in similar works, specifically in the field of Civil Engineering Construction. The experience criteria are as follows: * The bidder should have successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years ending on the previous day of the last date of submission of tenders. * The similar works should be in the construction of Residential/ Non-Residential/ Institutional building Project(s) comprising Construction of a RCC framed structure having a minimum of one storey or Completing balance Construction work of one building (including structural work) minimum up to one storey. * The bidder should have completed at least one of the following: * Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the project. * Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of the project. * One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the project. The value and percentage of similar works completed are as follows: * 40% of the estimated cost of the project (for three similar works). * 50% of the estimated cost of the project (for two similar works). * 80% of the estimated cost of the project (for one similar work).
