The required prior work experience for the bidder includes satisfactorily completing works under Central Govt./ State Govt. organization/ Central Public Sector Undertaking within the country during the last 7 years. The specific requirements are: * Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the project * Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of the project * One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the project The "Similar Work" is defined as Construction of Residential/ Non-Residential/ Institutional building Project(s) comprising Construction of a RCC framed structure having minimum one Storey or Completing balance Construction work of one building (i/c structural work) minimum up to one Storey. The bidder must secure at least fifty percent marks in each evaluation criterion, including experience in eligible similar nature of work, and sixty percent marks in aggregate. The bidder needs to provide details of eligible similar nature of works completed during the last seven years in Form "C". The evaluation criteria for experience in similar class of work is 20 marks, with 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria, 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more, and pro-rata basis for in between. A minimum bidding capacity of Rs. 2,82,62,774/- is required, calculated based on the maximum turnover in construction works executed in any one year during the last three years. The bidder should also submit a Net-worth certificate of minimum 10% of Estimated cost put to tender.
