The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years. The options for similar works completed are: * Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the project * Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of the project * One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the project The "Similar Work" is defined as Construction of Residential/ Non-Residential/ Institutional building Project(s) comprising Construction of a RCC framed structure having minimum one storey or Completing balance Construction work of one building (including finishing works, water supply, drainage & sanitary installations, electrical works etc.) all composite executed under one project. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed works under Central Govt./ State Govt. organization/ Central Public Sector Undertaking within the country during the last 7 years. No specific amount is mentioned for similar works completed, but percentages of the estimated cost of the project are provided as 40%, 50%, and 80%.
