The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in similar class of work, with a minimum eligibility criteria. The evaluation criteria for experience in similar class of work is 20 marks, with 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria, 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more, and pro-rata basis for in between. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed works under Central Govt./ State Govt. organization/ Central Public Sector Undertaking within the country as mentioned below during the last 7 years ending last day of submission of tender. The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the project - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of the project - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the project. The estimated cost of the project is Rs. 3,08,75,535.59. The values are: - 40% of the estimated cost: Rs. 1,23,50,214.24 - 50% of the estimated cost: Rs. 1,54,37,767.80 - 80% of the estimated cost: Rs. 2,47,00,428.47 The bidder needs to provide information about the name of the work/project, location, owner/sponsoring organization, cost of work, dates of commencement and completion, and other relevant details. A performance report of the works referred to is also required, which includes details such as the quality of work, financial soundness, technical proficiency, resourcefulness, and general behavior, with ratings of Outstanding, Very Good, Good, or Poor.
