The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completion of similar nature of works during the last 7 years. The bidder should have completed: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the project, - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of the project, - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the project. A "Similar Work" is defined as Construction of Residential/ Non-Residential/ Institutional building Project(s) comprising Construction of a RCC framed structure having minimum One Storey or Completing balance Construction work of one building (including structural work) minimum up to one storey, including finishing works, water supply, drainage & sanitary installations, electrical works, etc. all composite executed under one project. The bidder should also have a minimum average annual turnover and solvency of minimum 40% of Estimated cost put to tender, or a Net-worth certificate of minimum 10% of Estimated cost put to tender. The bidding capacity of contractor should be equal to or more than Rs. 2,10,12,475/-.
