The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience of having successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years. The specific requirements are: (i) Experience of having successfully completed similar works, with options including: (a) Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the project (b) Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of the project (c) One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the project. The "Similar Work" is defined as Construction of Residential/ Non-Residential/ Institutional building Project(s) comprising Construction of a RCC framed structure having minimum one Storey or Completing balance Construction work of one building (i/c structural work) minimum up to one storiey (machine room and mumty shall not be counted as a story) including finishing works, water supply, drainage & sanitary installations, electrical works etc. all composite executed under one project. The bidder should furnish the List of eligible similar nature of works successfully completed during the last Seven years in (Form "C"). The evaluation criteria for experience in similar class of work is 20 marks, with 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria, 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more, and pro-rata basis for in between. The bidding capacity of the contractor should be equal to or more than Rs. 2,76,22,603.00/-, calculated based on the maximum turnover in construction works executed in any one year during the last three years, and the number of years prescribed for completion of the work. Additionally, the bidder's average annual turnover and solvency are also considered, with a minimum solvency of 40% of the estimated cost put to tender, or a net-worth certificate of minimum 10% of the estimated cost. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed works under Central Govt./ State Govt. organization/ Central Public Sector Undertaking within the country as mentioned during the last 7 (Seven) years ending last day of submission of tender. The bidder will be evaluated for experience in eligible similar nature of work during last Seven years, with a maximum of 20 marks. To become eligible for short listing, the bidder must secure at least fifty percent marks in each section and sixty percent marks in aggregate. The details of eligible similar nature of works completed are to be provided in FORM "C", which includes information such as name of work/project and location, owner or sponsoring organization, cost of work in Rs. in Crores, date of commencement and completion, and other relevant details. The bidder is also required to provide a performance report of works referred to in FORM "C" in FORM "D", which includes information such as agreement number, estimated cost, tendered cost, date of start and completion, and performance report, including quality of work. The quality of work is evaluated with a maximum of 40 marks, and time overrun is evaluated with a maximum of 20 marks. The values and percentages of similar works completed are: - 40% of the estimated cost of the project for three similar works - 50% of the estimated cost of the project for two similar works - 80% of the estimated cost of the project for one similar work - 40% of the estimated cost put to tender for minimum solvency - 10% of the estimated cost for net-worth certificate - Rs. 2,76,22,603.00/- as the minimum bidding capacity.
