The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the project - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of the project - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the project. The evaluation criteria for experience in similar class of work allocates marks as follows: 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria, 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more, and for in between, it's on a pro-rata basis. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed works under Central Govt./ State Govt. organization/ Central Public Sector Undertaking within the country during the last 7 years. “Similar Work” shall mean Construction of Residential/ Non-Residential/ Institutional building Project(s) comprising Construction of a RCC framed structure having minimum one Storey or Completing balance Construction work of one building (i/c structural work) minimum up to one storey (machine room and mumty shall not be counted as a story) including finishing works, water supply, drainage & sanitary installations, electrical works etc. all composite executed under one project. The bidder needs to submit a certificate in support of their suitability, technical knowledge, and capability for having successfully completed the works, with details such as name of work, amount, and certificate issued by. Details of eligible similar nature of works completed during the last seven years are required to be provided by the bidder in FORM "C", which includes columns for the name of work/project and location, owner or sponsoring organization, cost of work in Rs. in Crores. The bidding capacity of the contractor should be equal to or more than Rs. 2,27,12,448.00.
