The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: * Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the project * Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of the project * One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the project The bidder's experience will be evaluated based on the amount and percentage of similar works completed, with the following criteria: - 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria - 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more - Pro-rata basis for in-between values. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed works under Central Govt./ State Govt. organization/ Central Public Sector Undertaking within the country during the last 7 years. The experience will be evaluated based on the details furnished by the bidder in Form C, with a maximum of 20 marks for experience. The "Similar Work" is defined as Construction of Residential/ Non-Residential/ Institutional building Project(s) comprising Construction of a RCC framed structure having minimum one Storey or Completing balance Construction work of one building (i/c structural work) minimum up to one Storey.
