Responders Must Have Experience In State And Federal Grant Programs Including Statewide Flood Control Grants, And Other Federal Funding Sources. Primary Tasks Consist Of But Are Not Limited To: Drainage Design And Analysis, Grant Support And Other Disciplines Of Service To The Drainage Department. Primary Tasks Consist Of But Are Not Limited To: Perform Hydrologic And Hydraulic Studies, Modeling Of Drainage Bodies, And Review Proposed Development Model Results For Code Compliance Preliminary And Final Plans As Requested And In All Disciplines Of Professional Engineering Drainage Impact Studies And Analysis Benefit Cost Analysis Grant Support Bidding Assistance Project Development Construction Bid Document Development Project Supervision And Inspection (resident Inspections/project Management) General Engineering Support During Construction As Requested Quality Reviews Of Plans Developed In Association With This Contract (qa/qc) As Required Geographic Information System (gis) Services Drainage Structure Analysis (culvert/bridge Sizing) Pumping Station And Levee Infrastructure Support (structural, Engine And Drives, All Components Relative To Pumping Stations And Levees, Designs) Geotechnical Services Land Surveying Services (licensed In The State Of Louisiana) Right Of Way Acquisitions Services Jurisdictional Permitting Services (la Dnr And Usace) All Questions Regarding The Rfq Shall Be Submitted To The Purchasing Department Via Email At Purchasing@apgov.us By 3:00 P.m.
