A discount agreement is concluded with all pharmaceutical companies who meet the requirements for participation and who confirm this by signing the requested documents. The contract ends no later than January 31, 2023, regardless of the date of the conclusion of the contract. AOK Plus reserves the right to terminate the open-house procedure prematurely, especially in the case of the conclusion of exclusive discount agreements.
