Contract notice: open house contracts for several active substances/active substance combinations The subject of this publication is the conclusion of contracts according to § 130a para. 8 sgb v about the following active ingredients/active ingredient combinations as part of a so-called open-house procedure: abatacept (l04aa24) acetylsalicylic acid (b01ac06) products that can only be prescribed according to annex i am-rl desloratadin (r06ax27) ertugliflozin (a10bk04) progestins & estrogens as a vaginal ring (g02bb01) goserelin (h01ca05 & l02ae03) under the specification of uniform contract conditions and a uniform access procedure, all suitable and interested pharmaceutical companies or groups of pharmaceutical companies are given the opportunity to conclude a discount contract in accordance with § 130a para. 8 sgb v about the active substances/active substance combinations mentioned. the earliest start of the contract is 06/01/2022. based on this, the contract term is a maximum of 24 months.With the specification of uniform contract conditions and a uniform access procedure, all suitable and interested pharmaceutical companies or groups of pharmaceutical companies will be able to conclude a discount agreement in accordance with § 130a para. 8 sgb v about the active substances/active substance combinations mentioned. the earliest start of the contract is 06/01/2022. based on this, the contract term is a maximum of 24 months.
