Description Technical Specifications: Item Specification 1 Fifty (50) Licenses For Extended Detection And Response (xdr) For Server – 1 Year Subscription 2 Should Integrate With Sophos Central Dashboard Monitoring System 3 No Downtime Installation For Extended Detection And Response (xdr) To Amlc Critical Servers 4 Local Standard Technical Support, Which Shall Include Unlimited Phone And E-mail Support During Normal Business Hours Within 4-hour Response Time, Monday To Friday, 8:00am To 5:00pm, Excluding Holidays 5 Quarterly Security Evaluation On The Policies And Configuration Of The Systems Deployed (last Weeks Of September 2024, December 2024, March 2024, June 2025) 6 Quarterly Preventive Maintenance (pm) And Support For Version Releases And Patches (last Weeks Of September 2024, December 2024, March 2024, June 2025) Pm Shall Include The Following Tasks And Provide Report After Each Activity: I. Software/system Checks Such As Size Of Files, Clean-up Of Data, And Existence Of Updated Back-ups. Ii. Risk Identification For Known Software Irregularities And Provision For Software/patches Updates. Iii. Conduct A Complete Diagnostic Routine Within The Software/system.
