Description The OSCE intends to procure software life cycle support and IT-based consultancy services for the following software applications: 1) Integrated Notification Application (INA) 2) Automated Data Systems (ADS) 3) Information Management and Reporting System (iMARS) This Invitation for Pre-qualification notice is targeted towards software Vendors with substantial capabilities, qualifications and experiences in the provision of software life-cycle support and IT-based consultancy services. The objective of the Pre-qualification Notice is to shortlist qualified Vendors, which will be then invited to participate in a subsequent Request for Proposal (RFP) and consequently make a Contract Award for up to five years period.
