Specification Requirements /information: 1.1 The Contractor Shall Manage The Initial Collection, Removal, And Disposal Of All Used Assets Generated By Unsmil From Its Property Disposal Yard In Oea Village. 1.2 Depending On The Performance Of The Initial Collection, Removal, And Disposal Of The Used Assets, A Further Contract Will Be Established To Continue With The Services As Described Below. 1.3 The Collected Used Assets Shall Be Safely Removed By The Contractor From The Above-mentioned Areas And Recycled At Approved Sites Or Facilities In Accordance With International Hygiene Standards And Safety Measures And Following The Procedures Required By Local And Internationally Accepted Rules And Regulations. 1.4 Any Collected Used Assets Which Cannot Be Recycled Shall Be Disposed Of By The Contractor At No Additional Cost To Unsmil. 1.5 All Liabilities For The Services Performed Under This Contract Rest With The Contractor.
